Get-MigrationUserStatistics  BytesTransferredPerMinute

is there a powershell command to get the BytesTransferredPerMinute 

right now my moves are showing: 0 B (0 bytes)

or could it be I lack the permissions to get this information?

also had my super exchange engineer try and still got 0
